• How to Remove and re-pair the Boloxa Smart Tag

     

     

    Users can remove the Boloxa Smart Tag from the Google Find Hub app on Android or the Find My app on iOS. If the Boloxa Smart Tag is within Bluetooth range of the Android/iOS device, it will automatically reset to factory settings upon receiving the command from the device.

     

     

     

    If the Boloxa Smart Tag is out of Bluetooth range, you must perform a factory reset on the device either before or after removing it from the app (see “Factory reset” instructions). To re-pair with an Android or iOS device, follow the instructions in “How to pair with an Android device” or “How to pair with an iOS device”.
